Microsoft Outlook  allows you to check your mail from a POP  or IMAP server, the difference being that a POP server moves the mail from the server to the client while the IMAP server retains the mail on the server and the client merely views the mail. For this tutorial we will pretend our email address is robert@csng.org.

1. Right click the Outlook icon on your desktop and select Properties.

2. Click E-mail Accounts.

3. Select Add a new e-mail account and click Next,

4,  Select POP3 and click Next.

5. Enter the information requested in the various boxes.

a.  Your Name

b.  Email Address

c. User Name is your e-mail address with a % replacing the @.

d.  Your password (Case sensitive).

e. Server Information both mail.csng.org. (Substitute your domain after the mail,).

6. Click More Settings.

7,  Click the Outgoing Server tab.

8.  Check My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication, and click OK.

9. Click Next.

10. Click Finish,
